An empty field and a Ferris wheel make up Miracle Park in Batumi, Georgia. In April 2012, American businessman Donald Trump agreed to put his name and brand behind a new luxury tower to be built on the lot.
While travelling in Georgia at the end 2012, Nicholas Wells took notice of the strange architecture dotting much of the landscape. Influenced by the abstract forms seen in late Soviet-era buildings, Georgia is marked by a diversity of structures, ranging from modern, multi-layered offices to upside-down recreations of the American White House.
